Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our R&D team in advancing the performance of next-generation silicon battery systems.
This role is integral to our product development efforts, with a focus on
supporting cell fabrication and maintaining a safe, efficient laboratory environment.Key Responsibilities:
· Battery Fabrication: Assist the R&D team in the fabrication process, including mixing, casting, cell assembly, and battery testing.
· Documentation& Communication: Record all activities meticulously, make observations, and collaborate with scientists to analyze data and refine processes.
· LabMaintenance: Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked, clean, and all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
· Safety Compliance: Uphold a safe lab environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in battery research or chemical laboratory settings.
· Proficient in operating lab equipment, performing repetitive tasks, and familiar with equipment calibration and standard lab procedures.
· Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to documentation and task management.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Postdoc researcher
Job Title: Postdoctoral ResearcherLocation: US-MA/RI

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented postdoctoral scientist to lead R&D projects focused on advancing the performance of next-generation silicon battery systems.
The ideal candidate will have a background in lithium-ion batteries (LIB) or related fields, with a strong interest in pushing the boundaries of battery technology. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for clearly sharing results and providing technical feedback.
A strong curiosity for continuous learning is key, allowing you to apply your existing knowledge while adapting to eFlion’s innovative technology and challenges. You will thrive in our highly collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, prototype, and evaluate next-generation cell components and materials, progressing from R&D to
pilot scale.· Design and conduct experiments to deepen the fundamental understanding of eFlion’s battery systems, including failure mode analysis and in situ or ex situ investigations.
· Contribute actively in project meetings by summarizing and presenting results, while proposing innovative solutions to overcome
challenges.· Engage proactively in lab safety initiativesand contribute to ongoing improvement programs.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
· A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in battery research laboratory.
· Directexperience with silicon anodes is highly desirable.
· Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and meticulous documentation practices.
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· A passion for learning and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
